Apparently, the stand on the N96 was not very sturdy and there may have been damages due to this. Would rather have no stand at all than damage my precious N97!

I would like to see a horizontal stand too, which you just put the phone into and it connects direct to the usb. I don't know why they havn't released it yet, its crazy, also i noticed on the N96(i think), the silver bit around the camera flips out to make it a little horizontal stand great for watching movies, why didnt' they do this with the N97 !

Since I like to keep my N97 safe at all times, I have it wrapped in a silicone softcase (quite good one actually). However, this also means that there'll probably be no stand that can hold my extra thick phone. Pity.
