I could be utterly wrong here, but I'm guessing that there would be significant difficulties in running both at the same time, as bluetooth communication relies on radio waves as well...Interference.

Possible? No clue, but it sounds nice.

So I got the Nokia Bluetooth BH-503 headset for Christmas...a little late, I know, but such is life when you depend on visiting friends to bring you your Amazon order.

I must say, I'm quite excited about this little device. The headphones look really slick and fit very comfortably on my noggin. I've yet to try them, in fact they are charging right now.

I think the work place is about to get a whole lot better. Do you think I should drive with them? Hmm...something to ponder...You never know how the police will react down here.

Hi there. I have the Nokia BH-504 and it's an excellent Bluetooth stereo headset. Can certainly recommend it. Works perfectly with my N97 Mini. Crispy sharp audio quality and brilliant range (about 15 metres).

My one major complaint – and this applies to ALL Bluetooth headsets – is that I cannot listen to the FM radio with it. Because the radio app demands that a cable headset to be plugged in (to function as an antenna for the FM receiver). But the moment you plug a cable headset into the phone, the audio output goes to that headset and NOT to the Bluetooth one – even though the Bluetooth connection is active.

I find it incredible that Nokia has not fixed this obvious issue! Even when I've plugged in the cable headset for radio reception, I would much prefer to listen to radio on the Bluetooth headset — so that I don't need to have the phone on my body and I can walk around with my hands free. Why doesn't Nokia allow this?!!

I have the S9 pictured above. It is marginally useful, but it seems to work even worse on the N97 (used to use it with a razr2). Unlike the razr2, the skip forward/back controls and the call functionality don't seem to work. Even in close proximity, it can lose the connection to the phone – worse than my razr did. If the phone is jostling around in say your backpack while riding your bike or while running, forget it – it will contstanly disconnect at worst or choppy audio at best. It's really only somewhat useful if you're sitting at your desk or cleaning up around the house where you can lay the phone down.

I'm using my N97 with a SE DS970 headset and have no problems. Everything works like a charm except the display of the mp3 tag info on the DS970's LCD. But that's a thing that never works when using devices from different manufacturers.

@ Mike – Using the BH-503 with the N97 do you get slight gaps and short periods of either faster or slower pitch during playback?

I have tried my N97 with the Nokia BH-903 and the BH-103, both exhibited these problems with the audio playback. Is this a general problem with BT stereo headsets or just Nokia ones?
