While it seems like any day now, N97 owners are still waiting for a compatible N-Gage client to become available for download. The official N-Gage site does show support for the N97 (if you click on a game to trial it has the N97 listed) but without an N-Gage client on the phone the software will not activate. Hopefully there will be a download available soon. Although I’m not much of a gamer I wouldn’t mind playing Monopoly or Age Of Empires.
UPDATE: Although the N-Gage site was under maintenance, the N97 is still N-Gage-less for the time being.
We’ll keep you updated with the status of N-Gage for the Nokia N97.
