Yes, you can have ANY rss feed you want on the N97 homescreen. Just subribe to a feed in the web browser and then it will show up in the list of homescreen widgets when you edit the homescreen. In the browser you can edit the settings of the RSS feed. I have mine set to update every hour or four hours depending on what news I'm wanting to see.
